I have decided to combine 2 of my favourite things - travel and food - and use them to heal the world... one plate at a time. My idea is to list all the countries in the world, start at 'A', create their national dish, invite 3 friends to share it with me and ask they pay what they feel the meal is worth. I will then donate the money raised to a worthy charity in that area... so anyone for some Afghan treats...?
